In our workshops we can fabricate valve routing blocks, hot sets, small balance vessels etc. These can be to your design with free issue components or design and prefabricate by CSPS.

We have cutting and folding machinery which allows us to fabricate drip trays and bunds to be integrated into prefabricated skids.

We use Cougartron weld cleaning equipment to safely clean and passivate welds on completion of fabrication.

 

We are qualified to manufacture structural steel work to BSEN1090-2 which covers load bearing steel structures up to EXC-2.

This is a requirement for gantries, access platforms for maintenance and bespoke machinery support. We can issue a certificate of conformance to CE standards on completion of the installation.
